Design in these times

Welcome back! What I'm seeing now is that the firms that do the most - get the most. I know it takes $$$ and risk, but I also see results. Too many firms are cutting and holding back. It will be that much harder for them going forward to be "top of mind" - not to mention missing whatever business is out there to get.
.I am also seeing new ways of being in front - it's not one thing. Not just advertising, just p.r., nor just direct or email. It's a combination of all of it and adding the new social media marketing element. There are many age groups, interest levels and abilities to spend. One size doesn't fit all . And certainly, doing nothing doesn't work.
