Hello - so here's my suggestions for restaurants in Milan - I've been to all but the bar:
New bar: Comini - (Nottingham Forest) Viale Piave 1 - www.igougo.com
Al Girarrosto - Corso Venezia 31 02-76000481 Really nice at lunch; classic; closed Saturday (wha?????)
Trattoria Milanese - Via Santa Marta 11 02-86451991 - Closed Tuesday
Torre Di Pisa - Via Fiori Chiari 21 02 874877 - Closed Sunday - known to be Ettore Sottsass fav
Alla Collina Pistoiese - Via Degli Amedei 1 02-846451085 - Closed Friday - my all time fav and a relative of the late Ivan Luini www.allacollinapistoiese.com
Bagutta - Via Bagutta www.bagutta.it/english.html - used to my all time fav - but lately service is really bad; and Rigolo in Brera via Solferino 11 is good as well.
Next will be restaurants that have been recommended to me......
