So this was the middle of my of many of my days....iced towels! Works miracles.
The first day with no sleep is a bit surreal - but nonetheless exciting. It's like Christmas morning and not everything is totally wrapped and ready! But that first bite of pasta - is heaven! And...and...wine at lunch! From Zona Tortona to events in the evening, it is non-stop but totally energizing and envigorating. I'll shut up and let you see some of the things I saw.
